Head Pizza Chef
Lead our kitchen team in crafting Dewey's signature handcrafted pizzas. You'll be responsible for maintaining our high culinary standards, training junior kitchen staff, managing prep workflows, and ensuring every pie that leaves our kitchen is perfect. Your passion for pizza and creative flair will help us continue to delight our loyal customers.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Proven expertise in artisan pizza-making techniques and dough preparation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Front-of-House Server
Be the face of Dewey's Pizza and create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. As a server, you'll guide customers through our menu, take orders with care, and ensure every table leaves happy. Delivery Driver
Bring Dewey's legendary pizza straight to our customers' doors with a smile. You'll be an ambassador for our brand on every delivery, ensuring orders arrive hot, fresh, and on time. Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and a friendly attitude are the keys to success in this role. Tips are yours to keep.

- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Familiarity with the Webster Groves and surrounding areas
- Smartphone with navigation capability
- Ability to carry orders safely and efficiently
Assistant Restaurant Manager
Support the General Manager in overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations, from staff scheduling and inventory management to customer satisfaction and quality control. You'll mentor team members, resolve issues with poise, and help drive the continued success of our beloved Webster Groves location. This is an excellent stepping stone to a GM role.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with POS systems and basic inventory management
- ServSafe certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
Kitchen Prep Cook
Play a vital role in keeping Dewey's kitchen running smoothly. As a Prep Cook, you'll handle ingredient preparation, portioning, and setup for the line cooks and pizza chefs. Attention to detail, a passion for quality ingredients, and the ability to follow recipes and food safety standards are essential. Great entry-level opportunity to grow into a chef role.
